新型（しんがた）コロナウイルスのために、自分（じぶん）の国（くに）に帰（かえ）れなくなった人（ひと）で、在留（ざいりゅう）資格（しかく）が「短期（たんき）滞在（たいざい）＜90日（にち）＞」や「特定（とくてい）活動（かつどう）＜3か月（げつ）＞」の人（ひと）は、在留（ざいりゅう）資格（しかく）を「特定（とくてい）活動（かつどう）＜6か月（げつ）＞」にできます。
また、留学生（りゅうがくせい）だった人（ひと）で、自分（じぶん）の国（くに）に帰（かえ）れなくなった人は、在留（ざいりゅう）資格（しかく）を「特定（とくてい）活動（かつどう）＜6か月（げつ）＞」にすると、１週間（しゅうかん）に28時間（じかん）までアルバイトができます。
在留（ざいりゅう）資格（しかく）を「特定（とくてい）活動（かつどう）」に変（か）えると、住民（じゅうみん）登録（とうろく）ができて、4月（がつ）27日（にち）の時点（じてん）で住民（じゅうみん）登録（とうろく）がなくても、特別定額給付金（とくべつていがくきゅうふきん）がもらえるようになります。
入国管理局（にゅうこくかんりきょく）＜入管（にゅうかん）＞に行（い）って手続（てつづ）きをして在留（ざいりゅう）資格（しかく）を「特定（とくてい）活動（かつどう）」に変（か）えたら、市役所（しやくしょ）に行（い）って特別定額給付金（とくべつていがくきゅうふきん）の申請（しんせい）をしてください。

新型（しんがた）コロナウイルスのために、技能（ぎのう）実習（じっしゅう）の試験（しけん）を受（う）けることができない技能（ぎのう）実習生（じっしゅうせい）は、試験（しけん）を受（う）けて次（つぎ）のレベルの技能（ぎのう）実習（じっしゅう）を始（はじ）めるまで、在留（ざいりゅう）資格（しかく）を「特定（とくてい）活動（かつどう）＜４か月（げつ）＞」にできます。
また、仕事（しごと）がなくなった技能（ぎのう）実習生（じっしゅうせい）や特定（とくてい）技能（ぎのう）の人（ひと）は、仕事（しごと）の種類（しゅるい）を変（か）えて、働（はたら）くことができます。
新（あたら）しい仕事（しごと）が決（き）まると「特定（とくてい）活動（かつどう）」の資格（しかく）になります。1年間（ねんかん）働（はたら）くことができます。

People who are unable to return to their home countries due to COVID-19 and hold a residency status of “Short Term Stay” or “Designated Activities (3 months)” can change their residency status to “Designated Activities (6 months)”.
International students who have graduated and are unable to return to their home countries due to COVID-19 can work 28 hours a week if they change their residency status to “Designated Activities (6 months)”.
If they change their residency status to “Designated Activities”, you will be listed on the Basic Resident Registration and able to receive the Special Cash Payment (100,000 yen).
Please go to your regional immigration bureau and conduct the procedures for “Designated Activities”, and then go to Nabari City Hall and apply for special cash payments.

Technical intern trainees who are unable to take a skill examination of the National Trade Skill Test due to COVID-19 can change their residency status to “Designated Activities (4 months)” until they take examinations and start the next level training.
Technical Intern Trainees and Specified Skilled Workers who lost their jobs due to Covid-19 can change their career industry.
After obtaining a new job, such applicants will have a license entitled “Designated Activities” and be eligible to work for one year.
